Redsn0w 0.9.11b2 Released to Downgrade iPhone 4S on iOS 5.0.1(9A406)

The day before The Dev-Team released the method to downgrade iPhone 4S, iPad 2, and iPad 3 from newer iOS version to older one. They missed the build of iPhone 4S, 5.0.1 (9A406) that Apple released after iOS 5.0.1 (9A405) only for iPhone 4S to fix some issues that were caused by the previous version of iOS. In the last release those people were released and now with this new update, they are able to downgrade back to iOS 5.0.1 (9A406) only with SHSH blobs saved.

Wow! What a wonderful weekend going on. We hope that you are subscribed with us and are staying up to date with us regarding the Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 5.1 and iOS 5.1.1. In previous days, we have seen many new updates regarding the untethered Jailbreak for iOS 5.1. First news came from @i0n1c and then from @pod2g, the hacker who is actively working on the Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 5.1/5.1.1. @i0n1c was the first one to state about the untethered Jailbreak of iOS 5.1.1/5.1. If you remember that he has no plans for releasing the Jailbreak for Public. So we are relying on @pod2g.

Now about @pod2g, we got two great news from him today regarding the Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 5.1/5.1.1. Earlier today, he first showed a video demo of the Untethered Jailbreak in action and said that he will be testing the same Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 5.1.1 on iPad 3. If it works, he will continue his work to compile the Jailbreak for public. Then after few hours, an amazing tweet came from him stating that the Untethered Jailbreak works on iOS 5.1.1, iPad 3.

 

The great news is that the untethered jailbreak is working perfectly and there are no issues in the Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 5.1.1 on iPad 3. So, we can expect the Untethered Jailbreak would be working for iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPad 2, and iPad 3. This means that the Untethered Jailbreak would be compatible with A5 and A5X processors.

The jailbreak fever is on for iOS 5.1.1 and iOS 5.1. As Apple released their New iPad earlier this year, it was Jailbroken the same day. Since that time, the Jailbreak fever is on for all those who are the proud owner of an Apple iPad 3. Meanwhile don’t forget those who own an iPhone 4S and iPad 2, they also want to be the part of this fever and are desperately waiting for the Jailbreak to release for them, so they can Jailbreak their iDevice and make it free. The day before we told you about the ultimate success that @pod2g got regarding the Untethered Jailbreak for iPad 3 on iOS 5.1, next target was iOS 5.1.1. Pod2g Makes iPad 3 Untethered Jailbreak, Next Target iOS 5.1.1

Today we are going to tell you about some amazing progress going in the world of Jailbreak. Few days back, we told you about the Untethered Jailbreak done by @i0n1c on his iPad 3 running iOS 5.1.1 and today @pod2g, the Chronic-Dev Team member actively working on the Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 5.1 on all devices announced on his Twitter account that he has made some significant progress regarding the Jailbreak for the New iPad. The progress is that he has managed the New iPad to run up Untethered Jailbreak on iOS 5.1.

Another amazing thing is that, after stabilizing the Untethered Jailbreak for iPad 3, he will be moving onto iOS 5.1.1 to test the playload on it and make it Untethered Jailbreak on it also. Do remember that Apple released iOS 5.1.1 two days back. We also warned you that not to update to the new iOS, in order to retain the Untethered Jailbreak.

The rapid progress of Untethered jailbreak with awesome news makes us feel that the heat is on and it will be coming soon to our devices later this month. At first @pod2g, did a poll on his web asking to wait for the iOS 6 and then burn the exploits or release the Jailbreak now for iOS 5.1 and burn the exploits. The winning option was to release the Jailbreak now and don’t wait for iOS 6.

This means that the Untethered Jailbreak is being worked on success is on its way. Don’t forget to appreciate what @pod2g is doing. Do remember that he is doing for free and it will take time for him to come up with a proper Jailbreak for iOS 5.1 and iOS 5.1.1.

Finally some good news for those people owning an iPhone 4S, iPad 2, and iPad 3 having their SHSH Blobs saved for previous versions updated accidentally to newer iOS. In this case mostly iPhone 4S and iPad 2 users will be preferred with previous iOS 5.x.x SHSH Blobs. The good news is that, the way to downgrade iOS 5.1.1, 5.1, to older iOS version on these A5 and A5X Devices is coming really soon. We told you about the downgrade method discovered by ih8sn0w previously which was in works won’t be releasing because it had some legality issues. This time @MusceNerd, the iOS hacker and the Dev-Team Member got a new method by which we will be able to downgrade iPhone 4S, iPad 2, and iPad 3 to older iOS 5.x.x versions.

Today @MuscleNerd Tweeted that he will be updating the most famous Jailbreaking tool Redsn0w to a newer version in which you people will be able to downgrade to older iOS versions with the help of previous SHSH Blobs saved.

Another amazing thing about that Redns0w would be that you can stich the SHSH Blob into IPSW for future downgrade purpose also.

Till now this method would only be useful for people updated accidentally on to later iOS 5.x.x version while having the previous versions SHSH Blobs. This method will work on every A5 and A5X Device with the previous SHSH Blobs. As far as iPad 3 is concerned, users can downgrade from iOS 5.1.1 to iOS 5.1, only if they got the SHSH Blobs saved for the iPad 3.

Once again, do remember that the SHSH Blobs are the main thing for this method to work. If you don’t have the SHSH Blobs, you are out of luck. Till now ETA has been told about this Redsn0w 0.9.11b1 release for Public. We assume that the release will be done in the upcoming weeks. Stay tuned with us.

The New iPad Landing in Additional 30 Countries Following Middle East

Earlier this year, the giant Tech Company, Apple released The New Resolutionary iPad also called iPad 3 by most of the users. The first sales of the New iPad started back on 3rd March. The most amazing thing about this New iPad was that it made Phenomenal sales record, crossing over 3 Million units sold in just four days. This was the amazing record set by Apple in their history of iPad launch. After making phenomenal sales of the New iPad is just four days, Apple expanded the launch into another 45 countries and now they are expanding the New iPad fever to additional 30 countries this weekend.

The report of additional 30 countries comes from country selection page of Latin America revealing that the New iPad will be coming to the following countries on 11th May, Friday, 2012.

The new addition in the Latin America countries is of Brazil, where the Foxconn industry is actively working to manufacture iPad and iPhone by Apple.

More over, Macrumors notes that the New iPad will be landing in 30 countries, out of which most of the major releases will be done on 11th May 2012. This means that the 23 countries will be having the New iPad this Friday and remaining seven Middle-East countries will be having the New iPad officially on 12th of May 2012, Saturday.

The names of the Middle East and Latin-America countries with dates of the iPad debuting are as follows:

May 11: Argentina, Aruba, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Cambodia, Chile, Costa Rica, Curaçao, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Jamaica, Kenya, Madagascar, Malta, Martinique, Mauritius, Morocco, Peru, Taiwan, Tunisia, Vietnam

May 12: Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates

Get ready with some hot cash to get your hands on the New iPad officially this Friday or Saturday depending on the Country you are in.

If you are planning to grab the New iPad, keep in mind that Apple released a new verison of iOS 5.1.1 the day before. If your iPad 3 is shipped with stock iOS 5.1 so don’t update because the jailbreak for iPad 3 is with the Hackers and they have demoed the jailbreak in past. More over, @i0n1c demoed the Jailbreak for iPad 3 on iOS 5.1.1, the same day it was released. This is strange but true.
