This can be only done between those who got the App installed on their Devices. This means that, person A having Viber can make liberated calls to Person B having Viber and even send each other free SMS, HD-Pictures for free. The only problem till today was that this Application was available for iOS and Android only.

Today, we got amazing news for all those who were waiting for Viber to expand their network on to other platforms, such as BlackBerry, Nokia, and Windows Phone 7. Viber today announced on their official Twitter account that they pleased to announce that they had released a beta version for Windows Phone 7 and BlackBerry users. iPad 3 Jailbreak is available with @i0n1c, No Public Release

This might sound very strange that the latest iOS 5.1.1 released by Apple few hours back got PWNED. The new version of iOS 5.1.1 got Jailbroken on iPad 3 which might sound impossible and might increase hopes among users. The news is true about the iPad 3 Jailbreak on iOS 5.1.1. The old hacker does the Jailbreak and a security researcher called i0n1c (Steffan Easer), who has now become a villain in the Jailbreak community by not releasing the Jailbreak for iPad 3 and previous devices. He is no doubt against all kind of piracy’s like @pod2g, the person behind the untethered Jailbreak for iPad 2 and iPhone 4S. They both are not related with each other. @pod2g and @i0n1c are on different teams with same mission. The mission is to make Jailbreak for the latest iOS versions.

The only difference between both of them is that, @pod2g releases for public and @i0n1c keeps for him self and enjoys. This is something strange.

Now coming to the point, @i0n1c accidentally Tweeted that, while he was asleep, his Girlfriend updated his iPad 3 on to iOS 5.1.1 and he some how Jailbreaked it. This is something really crazy and funny.

Ohhh no while I was sleeping my girlfriend accidentally upgraded my iPad 3 to iOS 5.1.1 – antid0te.com/ipad3,3_5.1.1_…

— Stefan Esser (@i0n1c) May 7, 2012

He showed the proof of the Jailbreak with the help of Cydia, showing his iOS version and iPad model. See the proof below:

cydia-ipad3

Now don’t get excited after seeing the above image because @i0n1c has no plans for releasing the Jailbreak for public. Still, the exploit he founded on iOS 5.1 to Jailbreak is functioning on iOS 5.1.1, this means that Apple hasn’t yet fixed the Jailbreak exploit in their new iOS 5.1.1 update.

Meanwhile, the Hacker, @pod2g is actively working on the untethered jailbreak for iPad 3, iPad 2, iPhone 4S and older devices. Recently he showed some significant progress regarding the Untethered Jailbreak for iPhone 4. He tweeted on his Twitter account stating that his iPhone 4 is now untethered jailbroken on iOS 5.1. Still, unlockers and jailbreakers should stay away from this and upcoming future updates by Apple.

Galileo Makes Your iPhone in Motion-KickStarter

We are living in the era of Post PC where innovation is the most important thing to survive with and to stay in the competition; you need to beat the hell out of others. We have come across many innovations done by different companies, persons, and etc. But, if we try to recall any of them, we cannot tell any new name other than iOS and Android. These two OS’s are the most famous Mobile OS’s running in the world and surviving in this era of 21st century. The manufacturers of the OS’s need to be change something in their OS to make it different from each other, so they can compete with each other.

The competition at Company level is tough to beat out because they are renowned and well known by the customers of them. If some developer needs to show off their innovation, the company either hires them or they go to KickStarter and make their lives a fun.

What is KickStarter?

KickStarter is an online place where innovators meet their future. In simple words, KickStarter is an online organization where people come to build a community around their projects. It is a place where different designers, students, photographers, video makers, musicians, and filmmakers have complete control and accountability of their projects. After some real hard work, they come to KickStarter to show the community their hard work and they get a reward for it.

Like this, Josh Guyot and JoeBen Bevirt, the founders of Motrr have demoed an Amazing innovation on KickStarter, which you could have never imagined of. The project they have shared on KickStarter is called Galileo. The Galileo is a revolutionary upcoming tool for iOS devices that changes the way you used to do video call, conference, and chats. It will eliminate all your queries like the camera is still and you cannot look the 3rd person sitting in front of the camera.

Galileo is the first iOS based tool that allows a user to rotate the iPhone while he is on video call with some one, want to have a picture, is a filmmaker, or a photographer. Galileo is an iOS-controlled iPhone robotic platform that simply allows a user to do infinite spherical rotations. All you have to do is swipe our finder on the screen and the camera of the iPhone on the other hand will move accordingly. This simply works like a security camera on the wall.

Galileo follows the action, stay connected to the ones you love, and those you work with. See the video below and you will come to know about how actually Galileo works.

Video:

The specifications of Galileo are:

 •    Infinite 360° panning and tilting rotation.  200° per second pan-and-tilt speeds.

  • Remotely controlled from your iPad, iPhone, or web browser.  Swipe your finger across the screen or move your mouse to control the movement of the Galileo and your device.
  • SDK (software developers kit) for app development.  Freedom to integrate Galileo functionality into existing apps or to create entirely new apps built around the movement capabilities of Galileo.  Or build software to integrate the Galileo with other hardware (e.g. camera rails).
  • Outfitted with a standard tripod screw, the Galileo can be mounted on any tripod.
  • Fabulous charging station for your iPhone or iPod.  Charges your device while plugged in (USB cable included).
  • Rechargeable Lithium polymer battery lets you use your Galileo anywhere.

This Galileo is truly amazing project made by Motrr. The retail value of Galileo is $649.75 with free shipping in U.S and add up $40 for international shipping. The product is said to be shipping in June. The latest news is that they will be releasing time-lapse, pre connections, and pre release for developers. You can learn more about Galileo from here.

What do you people think about this awesome creativity?

The iTheif Steals $57,000 Worth of iPad’s from Different Cities (Video)

video platformvideo managementvideo solutionsvideo player

If you have ever bought an iPad 2, you must be aware of the price tag of it. The normal iPad 2 costs about $500 that is only WIFI model. Rest is above $500, depending on the model you want to buy. But one iTheif is not willing to pay the price for the iPad 2’s. So the iTheif simply checks out by taking the iPad 2’s in a bag with the perfect technique known as stealing. The iTheif was caught on video surveillance cameras installed in different giant retail stores across many different cities located in North Texas, where the iTheif stole the iPad 2’s. The amazing thing is that the iTheif is a woman of age about 35-40 approx.

According to the police, this woman has stolen about 100 or $57,000 worth iPad 2’s. The woman has affected 36 cities in North Texas out of which 28 iPad 2’s were stole from Wal-Mart, the giant retailer and remaining 8 from the Target Store. She has stolen about 100 iPad 2’s from 36 cities.

According to WFAA,

She usually strikes in the early hours of the morning. Police say she does the same thing every time, leaving groceries at the counter and walking out of the store with two or three iPads.

Her latest hit came last week at a Sherman Wal-Mart. The surveillance video shows how it happened.

This is how the theft takes place. The woman fills up her shopping cart and goes out for a checkout on counter. Then she says at the counter that she needs to go to electronic section to take three iPad 2’s leaving the grocery behind for packaging. Then she comes back to the counter and places the three iPad 2’s for check out, the clerk on the counter scans the three iPad 2’s for the check out and starts to scan the rest of the items. In the meantime, the lady grabs the bag in which the iPad 2’s are placed and put them in the toed bag that she had brought with her. Then she tells the cashier that she is going to get the money back from her car and never turns back.

Amazingly, the same lady is wanted in different crimes all over North Texas and Oklahoma, from Ardmore to the north, to Sherman and Collin County cities like Plano, McKinney and Allen. She has also struck in Rockwall and Terrell, in Lewisville and Denton and in Cedar Hill and Corsicana.

If you know about this woman or have came across her, so you are requested to contact Detective Rob Ballew with the Criminal Investigation Division of the Sherman Police Department at 903-892-7246 to help them out to hunt down this woman and stop the game that she has started.

Pod2g Makes iOS 5.1 Untethered Jailbreak Successful on his iPhone 4, Release Near

Few minutes back, @pod2g the person behind the Untethered Jailbreak for iPad 2 and iPhone 4S with Dream-Team announced on his Twitter account that he has an Untethered Jailbreak running on his iPhone 4 on iOS 5.1.

pod2g

Heya! My iPhone 4 running iOS 5.1 is now untethered :-)

It seems that the Untethered Jailbreak for iPhone 4 on iOS 5.1 is ready and the stability testing is in progress by the team. Previously we reported you about the two major vulnerabilities that @pod2g found and those can lead to bootrom level exploit for the iPad 3, iPad and iPhone 4S. This news about the vulnerabilities is no yet confirmed but the news about the Untethered Jialbreak is almost confirmed because @pod2g Tweeted about the untethered Jailbreak and will be releasing the jailbreak as soon as the voting ends.

Yes! @Pod2g conducted a survey by adding a poll on his blog for the iOS 5.1 Untethered Jailbreak release. He asked the public, whether to release the Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 5.1 and waste the exploits or wait for the iOS 6 and use the same exploits on them to see whether they work or not. The poll was said to be closing in 3 days and now it seems that the poll for the Untethered Jailbreak has been closed. The most option voted is for the Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 5.1.

This means that Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 5.1 must be in final stages and some internal testing might be going on to see for the stability of the Untethered Jailbreak. Still we cannot provide you with any eta for the Untethered Jailbreak.

Till then let us know about how excited are you after hearing this great news.jailb

The New iPhone Will Carry a 4-inch Screen With Physical Changes

The rumors of the New iPhone are coming since last year and even before that. Every time, when we hear anything on the release of something by Apple, we expect that they would be unveiling iPhone 5. It happened with every one when Apple was about to unveil iPhone 4S and rumors were high for the iPhone 5. The rumors will go on for iPhone 5 until it is not unveiled. Like this we today once again came across the name of the iPhone 5 from Jeremy Horwitz, The Editor-in-Chief at iLounge. The claims made by him for the iPhone 5 are somewhat matching to the early reports for the iPhone 5 to carry a 4.6-inch screen.

This time there is a twist in the rumor. The New iPhone is said to be breaking the past trend of 3.5-inch screen and will be thinner than the previous versions of iPhone. The design of the new iPhone with Physical body changes is also expected. The New iPhone is expected to have a metallic back body and an amazing larger four inch screen display which Steve Jobs never wanted to have due to the design becomes less handy. To make things go on the right path, Apple is expected to make he New iPhone with Gorilla Glass 2, that is more handy and strength full. Last but not least, the dock connector for the iPhone would also be changed with the design.

Now coming towards the claim of iLounge over the new iPhone suggest that it will carry a metallic backside, the size of the iPhone will measure 125mm by 5.85mm by 7.4mm. If we compare to existing iPhone 4S/4, it makes exactly 10mm taller and nearly 2mm thinner.

According to our source, Apple will make one major change to the rear casing, adding a metal panel to the central back of the new iPhone. This panel will be flat, not curved, and metal, not ceramic. Our artist’s rendition provides a rough idea of what this change will look like; it echoes the current-generation iMac design, to be sure.

iLounge believes that Apple is going to make the New iPhone like iMac design. This means that the previous mockups for the iPhone 5 are somewhat similar to the upcoming release, as they were shaped like the iMac Design.

iLounge also notes that the aspect ratio of the screen would be changed in this upcoming release because the screen would be of four inch and it will be using Gorilla Glass 2 to make the iPhone thinner.

As the new iPhone won’t widen, this appears to confirm that Apple will change the new iPhone’s aspect ratio for the first time since the original iPhone was introduced in 2007, adding additional pixels to the top and bottom of the screen. A change of this sort took place between the fourth and fifth generations of the iPod nano, but didn’t impact any third-party software. This obviously will.

In last, iLounge states that the new iPhone would be carrying a thinner charging port that would be a bit bigger than the speakers in its surroundings. This means that the charging port would also be different from the iPhone 4/4S. It is expected that Apple might be planning to jump off from 30-pin dock connector to a 16-pin dock connector.

It’s believed to have fewer pins than the prior 30-pin Dock Connector, perhaps only 16, and the shape of the hole is apparently closer to a pill shape than the prior rounded rectangle. It will be used on all upcoming devices, including an update to the iPod touch that’s expected this year, and will almost certainly feature a similarly updated screen and CPU.

Till now it is very early to say anything regarding the New iPhone or the iPhone 5. Anyhow it is notified that the iLounge sources are reliable and the new reported by them is legit. The WWDC 12 is almost around the corner and we will come to know about what Apple has planned for future. Don’t forget to hook up for the WWDC 12 because that is the place where the innovation begins.

As far as the 4-inch screen is considered, we will see when we have it on how it works. The late C.E.O of Apple, Steve Jobs said once in his life that:

“Design is not how it looks like, Design is how it works”.

Now we have to see that how the design works with a 4-inch screen. What do you think about the new 4-inch screen? Would it be feasible for you to carry the 4-inch iPhone with you?
