As the beta testing of OS X Mountain Lion is being done internally, we cannot grab the change log of this build even if it is provided by Apple because the fruit company had asked the beta testers to register for the pre-testing of OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.3 before it could be released.

However, the important thing noted by 9to5mac about this build is the number of the build. The number of this newly released OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.3 Build is (12D38) that is exactly an addition of the number six in the preceding version of the build named, OS X Mountain Lion (12D32). The previous build of OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.3 was numbered (12D32), where as this new build is numbered (12D38). It means that Apple has gone through exactly six builds of OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.3, out of which they passed the sixth build and released it for Developers later today.

Until now, no time for the release of OS X Mountain Lion has been scheduled; we expect this new build to make an appearance some time soon.
