“The Extraordinary is Coming” – Sony Teaser Bared with Yuga and Odin

The event where all the companies will kick off with innovative products is coming in two days. The event is called C.E.S (Consumer Electronics Show) 2013. The name of C.E.S might sound familiar because we told you about this event in the preceding rumors regarding Samsung. It is highly expected that Samsung will announce a new OS called Tizen with a new Smart Phone category that will be able to support this new software of Tizen. On the same time, Sony the giant electronic products manufacturer will be hitting the ground with something new and innovative. In order to achieve the goal, Sony sent out teasers with the name of:

“The Extraordinary is coming”

Just three days before the official C.E.S event could kick off. After hearing about the teaser of Extra ordinary, we thought about a television innovation would be coming because Sony is specialize in electronic items such as T.V and other appliances. After analyzing the teaser sent out by Sony, the expectation of a T.V Set drowned in the water because it didn’t made any sense. It made use wondered that why would Sony send out a teaser for a T.V under the wordings, “ The Extraordinary is Coming.”

However, after guessing about the extraordinary thing coming made us go in a doubt about a Smart Phone because the war at C.E.S will be on the niche of Smart Phones and Sony has already got Smart Phone line ups in the Market. Therefore, it can be the right time for Sony to come with something new and innovative to survive the competition. Guess what, our guess about the Smart Phone went correct and upon searching about this, we came across firm news that Sony will be announcing two new Smart Phone line ups under the code name of Yuga and Odin.

What is Yuga?

Yuga might sound something related to Chinese, but it is the codename of The Sony Xperia Z. The Sony Xperia Z is thought to be running on a quad-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 processor with 2GB RAM and Adreno 320 graphics with 5-inch 1080p LCD display and 13MP rear-facing camera.

What is Odin?

Odin is the codename of The Xperia ZL Smart Phone by Sony to be announced at C.E.S 2013. It is also believed that it will feature the same specs as of Yuga.

The common thing between both the smart phone line-ups is that they will be packed with a 5-inch display that is something new and innovative because no company has announced a 5-inch smart phone yet. The iPhone 5 is 4-inch and Samsung Galaxy S3 is 4.8-inch, that is 0.2-inch smaller than the upcoming Yuga and Odin Series.

As far as the OS for these Smart Phones is concerned, nothing can be said about it because it is unclear if Sony will continue with Android or not because Samsung has started to ditch Android.

Apple iWatch Alleged Release Date and Specs Leaked (Report)

The year of 2013 is about to take rumors on to a completely new level of innovation. In the preceding year of 2012 and beyond, we have grown up hearing that this model of the iPhone, iPod, and iPad are coming at this time of the month. We all know about the fact that, Apple products are leaked before the official launch is done and the products are leaked ahead of official launch. Therefore, whenever the product is launched, we all are not that much surprised or amazed the way we should be because we already know about the trend of Apple for its product launch segment.

However, in this year of 2013, we are going to see rumors taking innovation and leaks to a completely new level, at the level of which we never thought about or imagined about. It is widely expected that the year of 2013 will bring many new innovations in existing products ranging from company to company and this expectation seems to be coming true. This year, the tech giant Apple is planning to make something that was left in dark in preceding years or Apple might have kept it as a secret product for 2013. The name of the product sounds good but seems a bit strange and for a moment makes one think that why would Apple jump into this niche.

The niche in which Apple is planning to jump is very different and will be very challengeable for Apple. The niche is no other than the Watch niche.

According to a report from a Chinese Website called iphone.tgbus.com claimed that Apple in collaboration with Intel is planning to release an iWatch.

The claim of iWatch comes from the sources of the website related to supply chain claiming that Apple is in works with Intel to make a Bluetooth hand sized Watch that will be named The iWatch.

Apple iWatch Tech Specs:

As we have come across the rumor of the iWatch by Apple in collaboration with Intel, let look at the rumored Tech Specs of it, as claimed by the same source.

1. 1.5-inch OLED screen from RiTdisplay

2. A rhenium ocean of OGS encore indium tin oxide transparent conductive (ITO) glass.

3. Bluetooth 4.0

4. Front Facing Camera for FaceTime.

No further details were told about the iWatch. What we expect from the iWatch is that the design must be somewhat similar as of the iPod Nano Sixth Generation and Apple will most likely embed it into a proper watch rather than providing a separate Watchcase for the product. In order to do that, Apple will name the product “The iWatch.”

The month of April is heavily rumored for the release of “The iWatch.” However, we are skeptical about the release of The iWatch in April because Apple never ever has held a Media Event in the month of April.

Samsung has Started to Ditch Android OS Over Tizen (Report)

The long-term relationship of Google’s Android with Samsung will be ending some time soon. In past, Android has been the center of attraction for every Samsung Smart Phone and every one who wanted to have something different always opted to go for Android based Samsung Smart Phones. Android being made by Google is indeed a perfect match for Samsung as being a tech giant because it allowed Samsung to think out of the box and do changes in the Smart Phone that a user wanted to do. In other words, we can say that Android is more customizable than any other OS present in the Market.

Being an Open Source OS Android grabs the attention of all the developers around the world to develop on it to deliver a classy experience to a user, which he/she never thought of. However, as of now the war between Mobile OS is getting tougher day by day. In order to compete with other OS’s you need to be more innovative and secure because to change a Smart Phone these days isn’t a tough job. Any one can switch to any other Smart Phone in no time. Therefore, to maintain a better customer experience for an OS, the Smart Phone vendor must make/design the OS in a way that one does not shifts to any other Smart Phone.

Keeping this thing in consideration, Samsung has some plans for the future of OS. Despite the fact that Samsung and Android have ruled the Market for several years, but now Samsung is looking forward to have complete authority over an OS that it can control solely. Hence, Samsung has planned to make its own OS called Tizen. This OS Tizen will be a cross of Linux and Android.

Initially Samsung has planned to roll out few Smart Phones running this Tizen OS at M.W.C 2013 (Mobile World Congress). If the Smart Phones show some success with Tizen OS, the company will further release the Tizen OS Equipped Smart Phones in the eastern markets to see the feedback of the newly introduced OS. After releasing the Tizen equipped Smart Phones in Eastern Markets, Samsung will further expand the Tizen OS around the globe depending on the Feedback they get from Beta testing. If the Tizen OS is a success, then Samsung will move away from Android to Tizen OS and will work on it to make it better in every aspect.

If everything goes well and Samsung gets a positive feedback on Tizen, then we can expect another competitor of Android in the market by Samsung. Tizen OS will for sure outrun Android because Samsung will switch its all Devices to Tizen in 2013.

iPhone 5S Multicolors and Different Screen Sizes Coming this Summer

Following the preceding rumors of iPhone 5S that took an initiative back in 2012 and are getting large with the pace of time because we have landed in 2013, the year in which innovation will be done at a completely new level. To prove the innovation pace, we welcomed the year of 2013 with a sizzling rumor of iOS 7 Software and iPhone 5S Hardware being tested under the hood by Apple with the name of iPhone 6,1. This sizzling rumor arrived from an unknown developer who saw some strange numbers of iPhone 6,1 and iOS 7 appearing in his Application log and when he traced the log list, the IP Address redirected to Cupertino, Apple’s H.Q.

It was believed that Apple might be testing iOS 7 internally and not at vast scale because they might be thinking on what to include and what not to along with which iDevice to be supported this year. The argument of including, supporting or excluding iDevices from iOS is very vast and can be talked afterwards. As of now, the main thing to see is the iPhone 5S because many rumors and few analysts’ are firm/pointing out towards the summer launch of the next Apple’s Flagship with several different colors. Other than the colors, this time it is highly expected that Apple will release iPhone 5S in various screen sizes ranging from 3.5-inch to 4-inch or more.

The report of Multicolor along with different sizes for an iPhone 5S comes from Topeka Capital Markets analyst, Brian White. The expectations came out for the iPhone 5S Multicolor Scheme and Different Sizes when the Analyst predicted that Apple’s Market share will boost in 2013 by reaching a new price of $1,111.

” Our checks indicate that the next iPhone will have more choices for customers,” the analyst wrote. “This entails an expansion in both the color patterns and screen sizes with the next iPhone (i.e., likely called the iPhone 5S) that we currently believe will be launched in May/June with certain supply production starting in March/April.”

Analyst Mike is heavily expecting Apple to release the iPhone 5S in different eight colors starting from pink, yellow, blue, white and silver, and black and slate. The color variety seems to be the same as of the iPod Touch 5. The color variants for the iPhone 5S were previously expected at the time of the iPhone 5, but they came with iPod Touch 5. Therefore, this time we can expect the color variations to come in the iPhone 5S.

The turning point in the story comes when the same analyst White forwards his expectations that Apple might release the iPhone 5S in different screen sizes.

“Our checks are also indicating that the next iPhone will offer customers more choice in terms of screen size,” White reported. “Although Apple offers a 4-inch screen on the iPhone 5 and a 3.5-inch screen on the iPhone 4S and iPhone 4, the Company has never offered multiple screen sizes for a single model. We believe this is about to change with the next iPhone offering different screen sizes that we believe will allow Apple to better bifurcate the market and expand its reach.”

This means that we can expect a lower end version of the iPhone 5S to be named as iPhone 5S Mini and a 4-inch Version that will be called iPhone 5S. Incase the claim goes correct of the analyst White, we can say that Apple will be in perfect position to compete its competitor Samsung because Samsung had released a 4.8-inch Galaxy S3 in May and soon after 7-months of the release, the Korean company released a Mini Galaxy S3 with low resolution.

According to our analysis, if the reports are correct and Apple is really planning to release an iPhone 5S this summer, then expect the iPhone 5S dummy to be leaked prior to launch that is April or May. If the dummy isn’t leaked, we will for sure be seeing the concept images of the iPhone 5S that are 90% accurate.

Paris Opera Apple Store Robbed on New Year, $1.3 Million Products Lifted

While the world was getting ready with the countdown for 2013, the same time some one was getting ready to celebrate the New Year’s Eve in a different way that it could become memorable for the world. In order to make the New Year’s Eve most memorable, the armed robbers slashed into Paris Opera Apple Store soon after the store was closed before New Year’s Event. The store was closed approximately six hours before the New Year’s Eve. The heavily armed robbers strike at the Paris Opera Apple Store just three hours before the New Year’s Eve that is at 9PM, local time.

According to the report of DailyMail, the suspects were able to take off with £1 Million of Products and limited cash with them in no time. In the process of robbery, one security guard was slightly injured and no serious casualties were found.

Christophe Crepin, an Unsa police union official, told Le Parisien newspaper that ‘the four hooded and heavily armed criminals made their move very quickly. Most of the police forces were being mobilised to monitor the Champs Elysees, so the robbers have clearly benefitted from this opportunity to strike.’

Mr Crepin said the robbers mainly took ‘a lot of goods’ and very little money. Early estimates were that the haul was worth well over 1 million euros, or close to 1 million pounds.

After attacking the security guard, the masked robbers quickly loaded the van that was parked nearby before the police could arrive on the robbery scene. This robbery at the Flagship Store of Apple in Paris seems to be well-coordinated one because the robbers were completely aware of the fact that the police would be busy in aligning the people going to celebrate New Year’s Eve.

However, this is the first time that the robbers strike with heavy weapons in Paris. In the U.S.A, this practice is quite often and Apple Stores across the country have been affected by these kinds of robberies. We can say that Apple products are the main attention of robbers.
