U.K Court Reinforces Apple to Paste an Annotation in Favor of Samsung

Apple is/was fighting with its rivalry companies like Google, Samsung, and HTC over design issues. The objection placed by Apple over all of these companies is that they have copied their products like iPad and iPhone. The objection might sound somewhat legit and not 100% legit because every company got different design and size for their products. However, the Cupertino Tech Giant Company thinks that every one copies their products and design. This is why they have been bringing every one in the court of design issues. No doubt, they have some of the lawsuits filed and lost some of the lawsuits. Whenever Apple has loosed, they got their iPad 2’s banned or their push notification’s banned.

Recently Apple had filed a lawsuit against the South-Korean Company, Samsung over the design of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, 7.7, and 8.9 that they have copied the design of the iPad in U.K. Unfortunately, Apple lost the lawsuit. This time Apple’s iDevice or any service isn’t being banned. Can you guess what is going to be banned?

It is a three-letter word with one Vowel called A. Did you got the word. We hope you must have gotten the word.

So, this time Apple’s A## is going to be on fire soon in U.K. The reason that Apple’s A## is going to be fire in U.K is that the judge, Colin Birss, has told Apple to put up an annotation on their U.K Store and Website with publishing the news in the following news papers (Financial Times, the Daily Mail, Guardian Mobile magazine, and T3) For six months. The Annotation should state that:

Samsung Electronics Co. didn’t copy designs for the iPad.”

The judge ordered Apple to leave the annotation for six-months on their website and U.K Store. In addition to this ruling, Apple’s spokes person Alan Hely was out of words and he didn’t reply to any call or E-Mail after the hearing was done by the court. Apple responded to the court over the annotation notice that “No company likes to refer to a rival on its website.”

As Apple A## is on fire in U.K and they will be defending the ruling by going to the higher court, we have done some work to show you people on how the annotation would look if Apple will implement it in real on their U.K based Website.

What do you think about the results of the hearing? Will Apple place the annotations on their Store or not?

  • The New iPhone to Get NFC and 4G LTE Confirmed with Fall Release 2012

The New iPhone to Get NFC and 4G LTE Confirmed with Fall Release 2012

This coming fall we for sure know that Apple will announce something big and great. That big and great thing is already given a name of iPhone 5. The amazing thing is that the name iPhone 5 is not yet confirmed because some say it is the sixth-generation iPhone, some say iPhone 5, and we call it The New iPhone. This issue is never ending issue and will only be resolved when the iPhone has arrived on our screens on the Media Event that will be held by Apple this fall.

The amazing thing is that only few weeks are left for the fall to arrive with some good news. This doesn’t means that the upcoming iPhone would be released when the fall starts. However, there are many rumors roaming on the Internet these days pointing out the launch of iPhone 5 on 7 August 2012. Somehow, this rumor makes no sense because Apple got some testing to do before they go with the iPhone 5 launch.

    iphone-5-release

According to BGR, Apple goes through multiple stages before they proceed on with the release of any product. The two of those stages are “Engineering Verification Test” (EVT) phase and “Design Verification Test” (DVT) Phase.  Currently the iPhone 5 is in the EVT3 (Engineering Verification Test) stage, the third revision of Engineering Test Phase. In addition, the iPhone 5 hasn’t gone into the DVT Stage yet.

Moreover, BGR points out the reference of the old iPhone 4 when it was in production.

    1. Verizon (VZ) iPhone 4: This hit the EVT2 stage in mid-November, hit EVT3 the last week of November, and got up to DVT2 in late December.
    2. iPhone 4: The unit that was lost in a San Francisco bar was in DVT stage in late March, and had hit EVT2 by mid-February of 2010.

For the time being, we can assume that Apple is smoothing the issues out with the manufacturing line before it starts the real time production. The iPhone for which you are waiting impatiently haven’t gone into production yet.

FURTHERMORE, BGR confirms the news that the iPhone 5 will have 1GB of RAM, NFC Technology, and 4G LTE Radios. The Ram size seems to be doubled in the iPhone 5 as compared to iPhone 4S. The iPhone 4S got 512 MB of RAM and iPhone 5 is said to have 1GB of RAM making it much faster than before.

These only basic things have been confirmed so far. Still the major things like Design, screen size, display, and camera are left in dark. These things will be revealed when the iPhone reaches the DVT stage.

  • Apple Begins Cat and Mouse Game Over in App-Purchase Exploit

Apple Begins Cat and Mouse Game Over in App-Purchase Exploit

Let the show begin now. Apple has started the technology war over the in-app purchase Exploit that was found by a Russian Hacker few days back. The exploit/hack simply allows one to get the in-app purchases free without paying a single penny for the in-app purchase. The best thing about that exploit is that you don’t need to be Jailbroken in order to grab that method. You simply need to follow few steps and then you are all done. You can steal all the in-app purchases without any hustle.

Sounds cool aren’t it. It might sounds cool to you, but not to Apple. The tech giant of Cupertino, Apple at first made the first demo video of this hack in works from YouTube and then they filed a complaint notice against the Russian Hacker so he cannot provide the hack. Apple simply busted his Hosting provider and contacted PayPal to block his donations that he was taking from the people to make the hack alive.certificate-inapp-hack

Apple played their move. Now lets see what the Russian hacker did.

The Russian Hacker named Alexey Borodin responded to Apple by uploading the second video on YouTube showing the hack is still alive and he has secured the exploit further, So Apple cannot patch it out easily. He has shifted his hosting provider to an unknown company that is out of reach of Apple. Secondly, he is now receiving donations from an unknown service called Bitcoin.

    Video:

According to Borodin, the exploit has used over 30,000 times and he don’t need to pay for the downloading band-with requirements because he is getting a lot from donations that is helping him to keep the servers alive.

This hack only works with limited Apps. The list of Apps on which the Hack works are not listed so far, though the Apps that interact with Apple Servers to make the payment are the one that will work with this exploit. Amazingly, the hack hasn’t stopped in the latest iOS 6 Beta 3.

So far, Apple has been PWNED by Alexey and the Jailbreaking community. At first Apple couldn’t fight the Jailbreaking Community and now this new game have started? Although Jailbreaking was granted as a legal act and this act of in-App purchases is illegal. We wouldn’t recommend you people to go for this act and make the in-app purchases.

Skype Goes Open Source After $8.5 Million Deal With Microsoft (HACKED)

Skype the one of the most popular software used by people these days was previously sold to Microsoft for the sum of $8.5 Billion. Skype is one of the best medium through which people connect to each other out of many software’s present in the market today. We daily/monthly use Skype to do our chats/ conversations thinking that our private data would be at safe side. Our thinking was right until today. Today, Skype the most popular conversation software was hacked by hackers easily and they released the source code of Skype for public.

    skype55_59_deobfuscated_binaries (Windows)

Skype was hacked by the Anonymous group of Hackers and the source code was revealed by Stun on Twitter. The main aim that seems behind hacking is to insert in Trojan in the software so it can affect Computers. The first target of the hackers is the Government. They are planning on to add on Backdoor for the Government via Skype.

This is really Questionable that how can the most protected software can be hacked and the source code is openly spread on the internet.
